Medical & Therapeutic Massage
Whether this is your first massage or you are a seasoned veteran, we have options available to suit your individual needs. We offer a range of modalities and services at all different time increments to help facilitate your path to injury recovery or overall wellness.
All About You - Integrative Medical Massage
Integrative massage therapy is a treatment that involves the integration of therapy techniques from several different massage modalities, including Swedish, Neuromuscular (deep tissue), and Trigger Point work.
The integrative massage technique is based on the idea that not just one massage is suitable for every problem. That is why, through various techniques, every individual problem of the body can be targeted and addressed with its own approach producing optimal results—a perfectly tailored experience from beginning to end.
Time to Relax - Swedish Massage
Swedish Massage is a manual therapy that emphasizes long strokes, kneading, and friction motions to encourage proper circulation.
The technique involves rubbing muscles together in the same direction as blood flow to the heart. Swedish massage improves circulation, relieves muscle tension, stretches tight ligaments, and reduces emotional stress.
Get a Little Deeper - Deep Tissue Massage
Deep tissue massage targets chronic muscle tension that lies far below the body’s surface. Deep muscle techniques involve slow strokes, direct pressure, or friction movements across the muscle grain.
Unlike classic massage therapy, which is used for relaxation, deep tissue massage usually focuses on a specific problem, such as: chronic pain, limited mobility, recovery from injuries (e.g., whiplash, falls, sports injury), repetitive strain injuries, such as carpal tunnel syndrome, osteoarthritis pain, fibromyalgia, and muscle spasms.
